Tom Remon and Mark Williams

A graduate of Middlesex University and alumni of Tomorrow’s Warriors (mentored by Biker Golding), guitarist Tom Remon tours widely, collaborating with a wide range of musicians, including pianist Alex Ho, drummer David Lyttle and trumpeter Neil Yates. In 2021 Tom released a guitar duo album with the legendary Jim Mullen and in 2024 extended invitations to established American guitarists Sid Jacobs and John Stowell to tour the UK. Tom is delighted to be making his Lit & Phil debut in the company of his friend and fellow guitarist Tony Ormesher.

Mark Williams is a guitarist/composer from Belfast who came to Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in 1999 to complete a BMus (hons) in Jazz, Popular and Commercial music.

Since then he has worked with some of the top jazz musicians in the country.
He is currently a member of Zoe Gilby's quartet as
well as other varying musical outfits throughout the North East (see Other Projects).

Having played and recorded alongside numerous jazz artists, he put together his own trio to showcase his own compositional and
improvisational talents
