Here at Parrjazz, we’re delighted
to have been invited to create
supporting events to promote the
Liverpool International Jazz Festival
for the third year running - so we’re
being a bit extra!
Six events over nine days - fifteen
bands, fifty artists, four DJs, one tap
dancer, one MC and vegan cakes!
It’s our very own Jazz Festival Fringe
and it starts with a pre-festival afternoon
family-friendly showcase at the Baltic
Market, a free taster of the fun to come!
For the Festival opening on Thursday
night, we have an interactive Art Jazz
event in Liverpool’s most Bohemian Baltic
Triangle cave (Hobo).
Friday sees our popular Mutant Jazz
#9 format return at our newest city
grassroots venue on Hardman Street
(Quarry) - which also hosts a Secret Jazz
Explosion and Jam Session on Saturday.
We’ve also thrown in an intimate
afternoon of Classic Jazz and vegan
cake on Saturday in the Fabric Quarter at
Commune!
And everything wraps up with a bang on
Sunday, with our Closing Party at Quarry.
Fringe Festival Passes and individual event
tickets all available on Skiddle.
Thanks again to Neil at the iconic
Liverpool International Jazz Festival and
Danny at Baltic Market for their support.
If you’re a jazz-spectrum artist in
Liverpool, this is your festival!
If you’re not on the bill, there will be
many opportunities to come and jam.
Let’s make this a massive success so we
can do it again!
